Natalie Bao Tram Le is a health and social policy researcher at Harvard University, focusing on health attitudes and political polarization. She co-authored the article "Implications of the 2024 Election Outcome for U.S. Health Policy" in the New England Journal of Medicine.

In addition to her academic work, Natalie serves as a commissioner for the City of Cambridge, where she advocates for equity and opportunities for all girls and women. With over a decade of experience in research, she has made a significant impact through her roles at the Independent Women's Forum and Students For Liberty.

Beyond her professional life, Natalie is a competitive rower who has represented graduate boat clubs at Harvard and MIT. She also enjoys playing chess, the piano, and polo. Natalie holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Government from Harvard, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from the College of Charleston.
